About your teacher

Bonjour! I'm Karine.

I'm a native French speaker who grew up in France and moved to New York in 1992.

With more than 20 years of experience as a preschool teacher and French instructor, I understand not only the French language, but how young children learn best.

My lessons combine conversation, games, songs, movement, visual activities and personalized learning experiences designed around each child's age, interests and level.

I raised my own two children bilingually and return to France regularly, allowing me to share not only the language but the culture behind it.

My goal is simple: to help children build confidence in French while developing a genuine love for the language and culture.
